Welcome to DabCat Ranch! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by DabCat Ranch, a small Tucson, Arizona-based business. "We," "us," or "our" refers to DabCat Ranch.

1. Eligibility & Account You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state/province) to use the Services. By using them, you confirm this and consent to any minor dependents using the Services on your devices.
When you create an account or place an order, you must provide accurate, current information (email, billing/shipping/payment details). You're responsible for keeping your account secure and all activity under it. Don't share or transfer your account.
2. Our Products & Descriptions We work hard to show accurate product details, but colors, textures, and appearances may vary due to your device/screen settings. Handmade items (spices, soaps) may have slight natural variations in scent, color, or appearance—that's part of the real, small-batch charm.
We may update product info, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time without notice. All sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy [link].
3. Orders & Purchases Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept, decline, or cancel for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues). Your order isn't accepted until we confirm and process payment. We'll notify you via email if we can't fulfill it.
Purchases are for personal/household use only—not for resale or export without our written permission.
4. Prices, Billing & Payment Prices are as listed at checkout and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or fees unless stated. Prices/promotions may change without notice.
You must provide accurate payment info and authorize charges. We accept major cards via Shopify Payments. You warrant your payment method is valid and you'll pay all charges (including taxes/shipping).
5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand items to the carrier. We're not liable for delays, loss, or damage after that point (though we help with carrier claims where possible).
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Services (text, images, logos, designs, photos) is owned by DabCat Ranch or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without our written permission.
Our trademarks (DabCat Ranch name, logo, slogans) are ours—don't use them without permission. Shopify's trademarks are theirs.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., Shopify apps) "as is" without warranties. Use them at your own risk. Links to third-party sites are for convenience—we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.
8. Relationship with Shopify Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are directly between you and DabCat Ranch. Shopify is not a party to your purchases and assumes no liability for them. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.
9. Privacy Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy [link] and Shopify's policies [link]. By using the Services, you consent to data collection/processing as described.
10. Feedback Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose (including commercial). We have no obligation to respond or pay for it.
11. Errors & Inaccuracies We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions at any time, including after you place an order, without liability.
12. Prohibited Uses Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Don't: violate laws; infringe IP; harass/abuse; transmit spam/malware; impersonate others; or interfere with the Services. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.
13. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access anytime without notice. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, etc.) continue.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use.
15. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, DabCat Ranch, Shopify, and our affiliates/partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.), even if advised of the possibility.
16. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DabCat Ranch, Shopify, and our affiliates from claims/losses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws/rights, or use of the Services.
17. Severability & Waiver If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of future breaches.
18. Entire Agreement & Changes These Terms (plus referenced policies) are the full agreement. We may update them by posting changes—your continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. You consent to jurisdiction there.
