DabCat Ranch Shipping Policy

We ship spice orders from our small ranch in Tucson, Arizona, using FedEx Home (prepaid labels) for fast, tracked delivery with $100 insurance included at no extra cost. This method works well for our spice mixes, handmade soaps, and other small-batch items.

Ranch-Fulfilled Items (Spice mixes, handmade soaps, and other goods produced or shipped from our Tucson mini-ranch)

  • Rates: Flat rate $5.95 / orders over $35 ship free.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), often same or next day. Handmade items may add 1–2 days.
  • Delivery: 1–5 business days via shipper of our choice (estimates only; delays possible due to carrier/weather/holidays).
  • Local Pickup: Free for Tucson-area customers (orders over $50 or by arrangement). Email hello@dabcatranch.com to schedule.

Drop-Shipped Apparel (Baseball caps, shirts, and other printed clothing items)

These are printed and shipped directly from our trusted print-on-demand partner (not from the ranch).

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days for printing + fulfillment (varies by design and order volume).
  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days after printing (US domestic; longer for Hawaii/Alaska). Total from order to delivery: typically 7–14 business days.
  • Rates: Calculated at checkout (usually $6–$15 per item, depending on product and location).
  • Tracking: Provided via email once the printer ships. Track through your Shopify account or the link in the shipping notification.
  • Note: Drop-shipped items are produced on-demand, so production/shipping times are longer than ranch-fulfilled products. We don’t control the printer’s schedule, but we choose partners with strong reviews for quality and speed.

  • International Shipping: Currently US only (including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories). Contact hello@dabcatranch.com for international inquiries—we may accommodate small items case-by-case.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
