DabCat Ranch Return & Refund Policy
Returns We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, with all tags/labels intact, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, email us at dabcatranch@pm.me. We’ll review your request and provide instructions. For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at dabcatranch@pm.me with photos and details. We’ll resolve it quickly (replacement, refund, or partial credit).
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Food products, including our salt-free dry spice mixes (once opened or unsealed)
- Personal care/handmade soaps
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable items, or gases
- Sale/discounted items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about your item, reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (following the process above) and place a new order once processed. We’ll guide you through it!
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order ships to the European Union, EU consumer law gives you the right to cancel/return for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging, and proof of purchase provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty/defective. Contact us at dabcatranch@pm.me to initiate. (This supersedes our standard 30-day policy for EU shipments.)
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer).
If more than 15 business days pass after approval without seeing the refund, contact us at dabcatranch@pm.me.
