DabCat Ranch Return & Refund Policy

Spice mixes (taste guarantee)
Our dry spice mixes are covered for 30 days from the date you receive them. If the flavor isn’t for you, send the jar back for a full refund.

  • Start the return through the Contact page. Do not ship anything until we reply.
  • The original jar must come back so we can see it was a fair try. A taste is fine. A scraped-clean jar with a refund request is not.
  • You pay return shipping on change-of-mind. If the jar arrived damaged, leaking, or we sent the wrong mix, we replace it and cover the shipping.
  • Opened spice mixes are accepted under this guarantee. We do not restock returned food; we discard it.
  • One taste-guarantee claim per household unless we shipped a bad order.

Other returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible non-food items.

Non-food items must be unused, with tags/labels intact, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Start every return through the Contact page. We’ll review it and send instructions. For change-of-mind, return shipping is yours. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we send a prepaid label. Unauthorized packages may not be accepted or refunded.

Damages
Inspect the order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away with photos. We’ll replace it, refund it, or issue partial credit.

Non-returnable
For hygiene, safety, and quality:

  • Perishable food (eggs, fresh produce, and similar)
  • Personal care / handmade soaps
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous, flammable, or gas items
  • Sale/clearance items and gift cards

Dry spice mixes are not on this list. They follow the taste guarantee above.

Exchanges
Fastest path: return the original under this policy, then place a new order once the refund is approved. We’ll help you through it.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off
If we ship to the EU, EU consumer law lets you cancel or return for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Unused, original condition, tags/packaging, proof of purchase. Return shipping is yours unless the item is faulty. Contact us to start. This supersedes the 30-day policy for EU shipments.

Refunds
When the return arrives and we inspect it, we’ll tell you if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take longer). If 15 business days pass after approval and you don’t see it, contact us.

Local Tucson
In-person drop-off or pickup may be available for Tucson-area customers. Contact us to arrange it.
