Garlic Salt

Granulated garlic and sea salt bring two everyday seasonings together in one jar. Shake a little into potatoes, vegetables or a quick pan of dinner when you want garlic flavor and salt in the same step.

Good with: Roasted potatoes, vegetables, eggs, chicken, burgers and garlic bread.

How much to use: Start with 1/4 teaspoon per pound of meat or vegetables, then taste and adjust.

Use in place of some or all of the plain salt in a dish, and taste before adding more salt.
